Several of our grade 6 Project LEAD Workman Elementary students joined the City of La Puente, California - Government  for Youth Government Day on March 20. They enjoyed a warm welcome, tour of city hall and learned about & shadowed six city administrative jobs. The students were chosen based on their winning essay entries on what they have learned about Project LEAD and how it will impact them.
