Fitness Club
We would like to invite you to join our Workman Fitness Club. One of the many challenges of distance learning is finding the time, activities, and motivation to stay fit. The Workman Fitness Club is a way for our Workman community to get active, get moving, and get fit! Every week you will receive an email with different activity suggestions that you can participate in such as walking/running, exercises, and yoga (see attachment for this week’s activities. Click on the links for videos!). We will also try to provide healthy nutrition tips as well. Use what works for you and get the whole family involved! Wolverine Cross Country
Wolverine Cross Country will be coached by Mr. Reyes. Wolverine Students in Grades 3 through Grade 6 will compete against students from other HLPUSD schools in their same age division at Cross Country meets held throughout our district.
